Origin: Sourced from the Southern Island of New Zealand, these hardwoods are a testament to nature's artistry. Affected by the seasonal changes in the Southern Alpine Mountains, strong weather events cause massive 'slips' in rocky areas, liberating native New Zealand Hardwood Trees.

Natural Journey: Broken up and carried down the mountains into ice-cold glacial rivers, these woods are sculpted by nature. The long journey, full of twists and turns towards the West Coast Ocean River mouths, naturally strips away bark and oils, leaving a paper-smooth finish.

Purification: The pristine waters of the glacial rivers wash away tannins and oils, ensuring the wood is pure and clean.
